I use this every week to help plan what to buy, prepare and cook! I find when it actually saves time, money and gives me space think. I know that my nutrition is going to be balanced and I will be hitting my recommended intake of the different micronutrients throughout the week. I love being organised and feeling good about my food choices, this simple table makes everything so much eaiser!
FYI - I don't plan every single thing I am going to eat, I am not a robot or feel the need to be so percise to still eat well and without taking the enjoyment out of food! For my days off I will tend to only write down the evening meal, unless there is something planned. Also, if on the day I really don't fancy lunch and get something from the canteen or get a last minute invite out for dinner.. that's okay!
