Cancellation Policy

No-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment start time will still incur the full charge, and plan credits will not be refunded. If you fail to attend, reschedule, or cancel three consecutive bookings with less than 48 hours' notice, all future appointments will be cancelled. For Zoom calls, you will automatically receive a link at the time of booking. If you join the call more than 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a no-show. For phone calls, you will be contacted twice; if there is no answer on the second call, it will also be deemed a no-show. Please note that all plans are non-refundable.
