Basic Pilates will help build upon technique and pilates posture to improve tone & strength. Pilates will also help reinforce good habits regarding posture which will help decrease the risk of injuries and a sore back in the future. The breathing patterns built into the practice will also help to decrease stresses and anxieties, which can be held as tension in our muscles.
This class is open to non-gym members and The Zone members. If you have a membership at the zone, please head to The Zone's booking system to book in to the classes included in your membership.

Cancellation Policy
No shows and cancellations 3 hours prior to the class start time, will still be charged and plan credits will not be refunded. If there are 3 bookings in a row which you fail to attend, reschedule or cancelled with less than 48hours notice, all your future appointments will be cancelled.
If there are 4 or less participants booked into the session it may be cancelled. You will be given 3 hours notice.
All plans are non-refundable and will expire after 3 months.
