I can even travel to your location, so gather your friends or your sports team for a refreshing and revitalising workout.

Cancellation Policy
No shows and cancellations 3 hours prior to the class start time, will still be charged and plan credits will not be refunded. If there are 3 bookings in a row which you fail to attend, reschedule or cancelled with less than 48hours notice, all your future appointments will be cancelled.
If there are 4 or less participants booked into the session it may be cancelled. You will be given 3 hours notice.
All plans are non-refundable and will expire after 3 months.
