About Me 

Hello, I'm Esta. 

While working in the beauty industry I started to understand the holistic approach to living. After managing some of my own skin problems with simple diet changes and reading the book 'Gut' by Giulia Enders, my fascination of food and its effects within the body has been growing ever since, so much so that I decided to retrain as a Dietitian. This involved 3 years of university, learning about food science, evidence based approach to dietary modification for health and management of different diseases/conditions. During my time at university, I embraced my studying era and also embarked to become a pilates instructor. I have loved pilates for years, including the ethos behind it and wanted to be able to spread the knowledge. 

My key interests are woman's health and healthy behaviour changes, to feel confident and empowered in choices around food. My aim is that everyone I work with has realistic and achievable goals that will have long lasting effects. I am very passionate about promoting a good relationship with food and stripping it back to basics. 

I live in Cornwall with my boyfriend and 2 very spoilt cats. I love running, a good sing and dance with the girls and being in the garden (with a cup of tea), growing vegetables and herbs - it brings me so much joy.

- VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Instructing Mat Based Pilates
