
Pilates Club
How it started
I feel in love with pilates about 8 years ago, I started going to a class once a week. I enjoyed the atmosphere and learning a new way of movement. I have always loved cardio and strength training, but pilates gave me that balance in my workout routine.
When I moved house, I struggled to find a class that really enjoyed. So, I problem solved.. and started my training to become a Pilates instructor to be able to create a class for the community to fall in love with it as much as I do! Which I hope I have, seeing the Pilates team grow in their own practise and strength, it's the best motivation for me as an instructor!
Members of the Pilates Club are a mix of ages, abilities, lifestyles and workout history. Classes are designed to fix everyones personal needs as much as possible.
