HOMEMADE HUMMUS


Hummus is such a quick and easy thing to make and you can add your own twist, with your favourite flavours! Chickpeas are also a great source of fibre and protein

 


Beetroot and Feta

  • Pickled beetroot - to taste

  • 1x Tin of chickpeas

  • Drizzle of olive oil

  • Pinch of salt and pepper

  • 1x Garlic clove

  • Dash of oat milk

 

Sun-dried Tomato and Basil

  • 4x Sun-dried tomatoes and drizzle of the infused oil

  • 2x Sprigs of fresh basil

  • 1x Tin of chickpeas

  • Pinch of salt and pepper

  • 1x Garlic clove

  • Dash of oat milk


 

Lemon and Mint

  • Juice from whole lemon

  • 2x Sprigs of mint leaves

  • 1x Tin of chickpeas

  • Drizzle of olive oil

  • Pinch of salt and pepper

  • 1x Garlic clove

  • Dash of oat milk
