Carrot, Butternut Squash and Lentil Soup



Recipe - 6 portions, would be great one to freeze!


1. Add into one big plan

1 kg carrots

1 small butternut squash

1 brown onion,

vegetable stock cube

500 mL of water,

turmeric

cumin

paprika


2. Boil together until vegetables are soft to blend

3. Add 200g red lentils and 250ml of water

4. Cook until lentils are soft 5. Enjoy - Add some bread or cracker bread to keep you fuller for longer!
