Healthier Banana + Chocolate Buns

Vegan and Dairy Free

 

Recipe, makes 12 buns

2 tbs chia seeds

140g Olive oil spread 140g Light soft brown sugar

2 ripe bananas, mashed 120g self raising flour

20g cocoa powder

1tsp baking soda

 

Method 1. Pre heat the over to 200c

2. Make a chia egg by adding 5tbs of water to the chia seeds, mix well and leave for 10 minutes 3. Cream together sugar and spread till smooth

4. Slowly add the dry ingredients and the Chia to the cream and sugar

5. Add the mashed banana and thoroughly

6. Decant the mixture into bun cases and bake for 15 minutes or cooked all the way through

7. ENJOY!
