Incorporate a variety of hydrating foods into your meals and snacks. Prepare summer salads with lots of greens and colourful fruits, or have yogurt with fresh hydrating fruits.

Electrolytes help maintain fluid balance in the body. During intense heat or exercise, we lose not just water but also vital electrolytes like sodium, potassium, and magnesium through sweat.
