Basic Pilates This class focuses on building a strong foundation in Pilates technique and posture to help improve overall tone and strength. It also promotes good postural habits, which can reduce the risk of injury and back discomfort over time. Additionally, the structured breathing patterns practiced in Pilates help to relieve stress and anxiety, often held as tension in the muscles. Class Access This class is open to both non-gym members and members of The Zone. If you're a Zone member, please book through The Zone’s booking system to access the classes included in your membership.
