Service Description

Postnatal Pilates is a fantastic way to return to fitness after pregnancy while spending time with your little one. We start slowly, focusing on pelvic floor strength, core recovery, and restoring your body safely and confidently. Bring babies along, feeding, cuddling and caring for your little one during the class is welcomed. Even watching and being in the studio will help with picking up the techniques. All equipment, including mats is supplied so all you need to bring is yourself, a water bottle, babies and a few bits to keep little ones entertained. Wear comfy to move in clothes and socks, preferably grip socks! Please note the studio is through the gym and up the stairs, so please, no prams. If you need any assistance up the stairs, we can help.
