I focus on providing evidence-based guidance that’s practical, sustainable, and tailored to real life. I specialise in women’s health, offering nutritional support alongside movement through Pilates. Whether you’re managing hormonal changes, digestive concerns, or simply seeking balance, I’m here to support you with a grounded, compassionate approach. Based in Cornwall/Devon, UK — working both in person and online.
